Jennifer Noll,
Jennifer while
attending Purdue University (West Lafayette, Indiana) earned
duel bachelors degrees in Dietetics and Food and Nutrition and
Business. At Purdue, Jennifer completed an undergraduate
research project focused on the molecular effects of vitamin D
on cancer cells. Jennifer has performed numerous internships
including working at a Camp for Diabetic Children and as a
Food Service Management Intern. The most influential summer
internship was at Camp La Jolla, a weight loss camp for
children in San Diego, California. At Camp La Jolla, Jennifer
became exposed to the multi-faceted approach to weigh-loss
that includes behavior modification, diet change and exercise.
Recently Jennifer has completed her dietetics
internship at The Ohio State University. Throughout the
internship, Jennifer was able to improve her counseling skills
by working at The Ohio State University Center for Wellness
and Prevention, and the Licking Memorial Outpatient Facility.
At both of these facilities, Jennifer counseled individuals on
weight loss, diabetes, and other diet related diseases. |
